Pillar 02

Project Management

You have a project. You don't have the time, the resource, or the person to see it through.

What we do

End-to-end ownership, from planning to delivery.

We take ownership of your project from planning to delivery — organizing the work, coordinating internal teams and external contractors, and managing timelines, budget, tracking, and reporting until it's actually done.

We also take on projects that are already underway but stalled or blocked. We diagnose where the breakdown is, restructure the plan, and drive it to completion.

Why it works

You get a single accountable owner for the outcome — not another meeting on your calendar.

What this looks like in practice

How we take over a project

From planning to a finished result.

End-to-end ownership

We manage your project from planning to delivery — organizing the work, setting timelines and budgets, and tracking progress until it's actually done.

Rescue and recovery

Already underway but stalled or blocked? We diagnose where the breakdown is, restructure the plan, and drive it to completion.

One point of contact

You work with a single accountable owner for the outcome — clear milestones, regular reporting, no chasing people down.

Need an ongoing function instead — or a specific problem solved?

If what you need isn't a defined project but an ongoing operational function, or a business problem that needs a solution implemented, those are the other two ways we work.

Common Questions

About handing a project to us.

Can you take over a project that's already stalled or over budget?

Yes — that's one of the more common ways an engagement starts. We diagnose where the breakdown is, restructure the plan, and drive it to completion rather than starting over from zero.

Do you replace our internal project manager, or work alongside them?

It depends on the situation. We can take full ownership as the project's single accountable point of contact, or work alongside an internal owner — whichever the project actually needs.

Is this the same as hiring an interim project manager?

The goal is similar — a single accountable owner for the outcome — but the structure is different. See our comparison of MyHR versus hiring an interim manager for the details.

How is Project Management different from Business Consulting?

Project Management takes ownership of a defined piece of work with a clear scope and end point. Business Consulting starts from a business problem that doesn't yet have a defined plan. If you already have a project plan or scope, this is the fit; if you're still diagnosing the problem, start with Business Consulting.
