Pillar 03

Business Consulting

Not advice. Implementation.

What we do

We implement the solution — not just recommend it.

We don't sell generic consultations. We step in at a specific business problem, propose a solution, and implement it ourselves — process and cost optimization, restructuring of operations, outsourcing strategy, organizational change, and hands-on rollout.

Why it works

You get a solution that's actually in place, not a report that sits in a drawer.

How we work

From diagnosis to a solution that's actually running.

We diagnose the real problem

Before proposing anything, we identify exactly where the process, cost, or structure is breaking down.

We design the fix

A concrete plan for optimization, restructuring, or outsourcing — sized to your business, not a generic template.

We put it in place

We roll out the change ourselves, hands-on, so the result is a working solution, not a slide deck.

Need an ongoing function or a project managed instead?

If what you need is an ongoing operational function taken off your hands, or a specific project delivered end-to-end, those are the other two ways we work.

Common Questions

About working with us on a problem.

How is this different from typical management consulting?

Typical consulting ends with a recommendation report. We design the fix and put it in place ourselves, hands-on — process and cost optimization, restructuring, outsourcing strategy, or organizational change — so the result is a working solution, not a document.

Do you only diagnose, or also execute the fix?

Both. We diagnose where the process, cost, or structure is actually breaking down, design a plan sized to your business, and then roll out the change ourselves.

What happens after the solution is implemented — do you stay involved?

That depends on what the solution needs. Some engagements end once the fix is in place; others continue as an ongoing BPO contract if the new process needs to be run long-term, or as project management if implementation turns into a larger initiative.

Is this the same as hiring an interim manager or fractional executive?

Both aim to fix a specific problem, but the structure differs — an interim manager is one person inside your organization, while we're a team executing a defined engagement under contract. See our comparison of MyHR versus hiring an interim manager.
