Who's behind MyHR

Two backgrounds, brought together on purpose.

Taking full ownership of a process, a project, or a problem takes more than good intentions — it takes people who have actually done the underlying work, at scale, before.

Where the team comes from

Legal practice and global corporate experience, under one roof.

MyHR is led by a team that combines two backgrounds that don't often sit together: lawyers with long-standing legal practice, and business consultants who have worked with some of the world's largest companies, including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and others.

That combination is deliberate. Taking real ownership of a process, project, or problem means getting the legal and contractual structure right, and running the operational side to a standard built for organizations far larger than most of our clients. We bring both into every engagement.

Why it matters for you

You're not getting a generalist account manager. You're getting people who understand contracts and liability from years of legal practice, and people who've run operations to the standards of global technology companies — applied to your process, project, or problem.

Two backgrounds, one team

What each side brings to an engagement.

Long-standing legal practice

The legal side of the team brings years of hands-on practice — contracts, corporate structure, compliance, and liability. It's the same rigor that goes into how every engagement is scoped and documented, not an afterthought bolted onto the delivery side.

Global corporate experience

Our business consultants have worked with some of the world's largest companies, including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and others. That experience shapes how we run a process or deliver a project — with the operational discipline of much bigger organizations, sized to fit your business.

What this means in practice

Ownership that holds up on paper and in delivery.

A process that's outsourced badly usually fails in one of two places: the contract doesn't actually protect you, or the operational handover was never disciplined enough to run without the one person who understood it. Having both backgrounds on the same team is how we avoid both failure modes at once.
